Refund policy
We have a 40-day return policy, which means you have 40 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@scooterrestorations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include your SRI order number when requesting a return.
UK Mainland Only
If your item is faulty or defective we will send you a prepaid label to return. Please email or WhatsApp us and remember to include your SRI number and any photos of the faulty item/s you want to return. If you have changed your mind or have ordered in error we are not responsible for any return postage.
Prepaid return labels are for UK residents only. If you would like to return your item(s) please post them back to us and send us a copy of your postage receipt.
Off-shore & International return orders
Unfortunately we cannot offer prepaid returns labels at the moment. Please post back your item(s)to us, forward a copy of your proof of postage and we will return any costs to you should you be entitled to it.
Please package your item(s) back up in their original packaging and send to: Scooter Restorations, 98-100 Rolleston Drive, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 7JP.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and items listed with defects. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
