Came across these photos of a Mikuni Carb fitted to a scoot with standard fuel tank & tool box. Interesting modification to the toolbox to give sufficient space for the carb. Looks like this is a common problem with Mikuni’s on Lambrettas with normal toolboxes. No doubt the mallet, grinder & dremel will be required shortly
